  Degree from recognized University OR preferably Degree with Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management OR equivalent Degree in Business Management; Industrial Relations; Mass Communications; Journalism; Public Relation; Information Technology; Training & Development; Social Science from a recognized University/Institute of repute.

2. Management Trainee (QC)

• Pay Scale : Rs. 8600-250-14600/-
• Pay: Stipend during Training - Rs.8500/-
• Age : 28 Years as on 01.01.2009
• Qualification :
  Degree in Agriculture OR in Science with Diploma in Food Technology from a recognized University/Institute

3. Management Trainee (A/cs)

• Pay Scale : Rs. 8600-250-14600/-
• Pay: Stipend during Training - Rs.8500/-
• Age : 28 Years as on 01.01.2009
• Qualification :CA/AICWA/ACWA (London/MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/Institute.
