1. Town Planer / Architect
• No of Posts : 01 (UR)
• Pay Scale : Rs. 36,600-62,000/-
• Max Age (gen) : 50 years as on 01.11.2009
• Qualification :Degree in Architecture with Post Graduation in Town Planning having 18 yrs of experience

2. Manager Accounts / Accounts Officer
• No of Posts : 01 (UR)
• Pay Scale : Rs. 32900-58000
• Max Age (gen) : 47 years as on 01.11.2009
• Qualification : For Manager Account : Chartered accountancy / Cost accountancy with 15 yrs experience
  For Accounts Officer : Chartered accountancy / Cost accountancy (ICWA) with 7 yrs experience

3. Law Officer
• No of Posts : 01 (UR)
• Pay Scale : Rs. 29100-54500
• Max Age (gen) : 42 years as on 01.11.2009
• Qualification :Degree in Law with 15 yrs experience

4. Executive Engineer (Civil)
• No of Posts : 01 (UR)
• Pay Scale : Rs. 29100-54500
• Max Age (gen) : 45 (For Degree Holder) , 50 (For Diploma Holder) years as on 01.11.2009
• Qualification : Degree in Civil Engineeing with 10 yrs experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 14 yrs experience.

5. Executive Engineer (E&M)
• No of Posts : 01 (UR)
• Pay Scale : Rs. 29100-54500
• Max Age (gen) : 45 (For Degree Holder) , 50 (For Diploma Holder) years as on 01.11.2009
• Qualification : Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineeing with 10 yrs experience or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with 14 yrs experience.
