1. Dy. Manager (Medical Services) (E-3)
• Pay Scale : Rs. 29100- Rs. 54500/-
• Age : 40 years
• Qualification :MBBS with MD/ MS/ DGO in Gynaecology & Obstetrics. (Only female candidates may apply)

2. Sr. Officer (Medical Services) (E-2)
• Pay Scale : Rs. 24900- Rs. 50500/-
• Age : 35 years
• Qualification : MBBS with Certificate of Training in Industrial Health of minimum 3 months duration, recognized by State Government of Uttar Pradesh

3. Sr. Welfare Officer (E-2)
• Pay Scale : Rs. 24900- Rs. 50500/-
• Age : 35 years
• Qualification : Degree from a University established by law with 2 years Post Graduate Degree from any University established by Law in Social Sciences or Labour Welfare or Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or with 2 years Post Graduate Diploma in Social Sciences or Labour
  Welfare or Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from any University or Institution specified in the schedule of U.P Factories Welfare Officers Rules
